Hmm... I had to pay for a delivery for an item costing £120, which would have been free had I ordered through Click & Collect. JL was out of stock, so OK, as PC still had it I was prepared to pay. However, it is now three days since Hermes said they had it and still it has not been delivered. I think the moral is, order in good time from JL and don't order direct from Purecollection.

The items of clothing are good quality however I am appalled that they charge as routine an additional £1.99 for any potential returns. This deters me from buying with confidence from them.Other catalogue companies routinely include a returns label and therefore I have purchased so many more goods from them. I think Pure Collection are missing a trick esp. given the price point of their items of clothing.

Prompt reply to my phone call. Friendly and helpful person who took my order.

I attempted to place an order online and was unsure whether or not it had gone through. I received 2 emails with 2 different order numbers and was afraid I was going to be charged twice so I called customer service. In fact the order had not gone through and I had not been charged at all. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and placed the order for me.

I ordered two sweaters and paid online. That was almost a month ago. I have no even had a dispatch note. I have emailed the company twice in the interim and received paltry automated replies with no actual information. I will now have to try to go via charge back.

I have a number of Pure cashmere jerseys that I stupidly bought close together and didnt wear all that frequently. Saving them for special occasions as they are not cheap. They almost immediately start pilling. Even before first wash. Seams are coming apart like the neck rib that are impossible to repair invisibly so jersey ruined. I have had cheap Tesco and Costco cashmere that I have machine washed for years and still look great. Will never shop with these people again.

Total kudos to Pure Collection. Last autumn I wrote a negative review because I could not believe the change of direction the company had taken, since new ownership. Despondent looking models in drab utility colours. It was sad to see. However, Pure Collection appear to be a rare thing - a company that listens to its customers. I assume they had a great deal of feedback , because the new catalogue is a complete turnaround, in a very positive way. Such a beautiful range of flattering, joyous colours, in both cool and warm pallets. The models look happy, and who would be, wearing such beautiful colours. It truly is like the Pure Collection we all knew and loved, and I cannot wait for my first order. They deserve to do well, for such a postive approach to making things better. I am so pleased, if totally stumped on how to reign in my first order with such a great choice of garments and colours. Well done Pure Collection.

I would love to rate the 2 items, but haven't received them yet! Despite ringing Customer Service, I still haven't received them! Very disappointed.Would quite like you to explore this and / or send out replacement items please. That you request feedback when this is ongoing adds to the annoyance, sorry but it does.

We've happily made several purchases in the past and unfortunately this year I had to call about a problem with an order.The representative understood the issue immediately. She competently addressed all of my concerns, rapidly took care of the problem with gracious courtesy and swiftly followed through with email detailing measures being taken.Needless to say, I am pleased and impressed with Pure's customer service standing behind its excellent line of products.

TRIED TO ORDER THREE ITEMS ON LINE BUT MY PASSWORD WAS NOT ACCEPTED FOR SOME REASON KNOWN ONLY TO YOUR SYSTEM! SO I PHONED AND PLACED ORDER THAT WAY WHICH WAS VERY EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY AND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL CAME THROUGH WHILST I WAS STILL TALKING TO YOUR STAFF MEMBER.

I’ve ordered a Shawl as a gift for Christmas and it was supposed to be delivered in France. However, I found out through the tracking link that it got sent to New York. I talked to somebody from customer support and now I have to wait at least 72 hours for “someone” to get back to me.
